ORDER
The petitioner has filed the above writ petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to issue the tax deduction certificate to the petitioner in respect of the amount of Rs.41,097/- representing the deducted at source within a reasonable time frame so as to enable the petitioner to assess the tax liability and discharge the same on or before 31st March 2015.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
