W.P.No.32227 of 2014 G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN .J, Today, this matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) for the respondents.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) would submit that this Court vide order dated 22.02.2019 has dismissed the Writ Petition as Infructuous on the submission made by him that the prayer sought by the petitioner has become Infructuous. However, in paragraph No.2 the said submission has been typed as if the same was made by learned counsel for the petitioner and hence prays for appropriate orders. 3.Heard both sides.

4. In view of the above, the paragraph No.2 of the order dated 22.02.2019 reads as follows:

"The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the respondents submits that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous."

5.The registry is directed suitably to make corrections in the said order and issue fresh order copy forthwith to the parties concerned subject to the payment of necessary charges.
