ORDER
When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the first respondent-University has handed over the original statement of marks and the degree certificate pertaining to the petitioner with regard to the Degree of Master of Arts in Labour Management, to the learned counsel for the petitioner in the open Court, a copy of which is produced before this Court. submitted that he is not pressing the Writ Petition insofar as it relates to payment of damages and made an endorsement to that effect in the Writ Petition. Recording the above handing over of the Degree Certificate/mark sheet and the endorsement so made, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
