Today when the above appeal was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants submitted that the matter has been settled before Lok Adalat, Coimbatore and a memo of compromise was filed incorporating the terms of the settlement. is recorded. The Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of the memo of compromise. In view of the compromise recorded in this Second Appeal, the suit is decreed in terms of the compromise memo. The memo of compromise dated 07.12.2018 shall form part of the judgment and decree. No costs.
