Learned Counsel for the petitioner by producing a copy of the judgment in W.A.No.907/2016 dated 21.10.2016 would submit that the relief sought for by the petitioners in the present writ petition has already been granted by a Division Bench of this Court in the aforesaid Writ Appeal. Hence, nothing survives in this Writ Petition and the same may be closed as infructuous and she has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.

Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
