O.A.No.830 of 2013: - Original Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant an order of Interim Injunction restraining the 1st and 2nd Respondents their men agents servants or any other person acting on their behalf or under their instructions from invoking of the security deposit submitted by the Applicants by way of a Bank Guarantee for Rs.5 85 00 000/- (Rupees five crores and eighty five lakhs only) bearing No.0505612BG0001163 dated 12/07/2012 issued by State Bank of India, Trade Finance CPC, Chennai pending disposal of the arbitral proceedings between the applicant and the applicant and the 1st and 2nd Respondents.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellants submits that the issue involved in this appeal has become infructuous and therefore nothing survives for adjudication. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellants, the Original Side Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
