The Official Liquidator requests for appropriate directions to issue a sale notice of the properties of the company in liquidation because only one bid was received, pursuant to the earlier advertisement issued in this regard. Accepting the said request, the following directions are issued: (i) The Official Liquidator shall publish a sale notice in the English Daily "Times of India" and in Tamil daily "Dinathanthi", Southern edition, fixing the date of inspection as 21.10.2019, the last date of submission of bids as 31.10.2019 and the date of auction as 01.11.2019 before this Court.

(ii) The bid shall be submitted before the Registrar General, High Court.

2. In the meantime, the Official Liquidator and the Administrator are directed to conduct the survey of the properties in question with the help of a Tahsildar, Surveyor and fix the boundaries of the properties. http://www.judis.nic.in 1/2
