On 09.04.2015, time was granted to the learned Special Government Pleader to get instructions in respect of the action taken pursuant to the communication dated 03.12.2014 of the President of the Panchayat to the second respondent/ Block Development Officer, Villivakkam Panchayat Union, Ambattur & Taluk, Thiruvallur District. Today, we are informed that despite information, no officer has come forward to file an affidavit in response to the observation made by this Court.

2. In such view of the matter, we deem it fit and proper to issue notice to the second respondent/ Block Development Officer, Villivakkam Panchayat Union, Ambattur & Taluk, Thiruvallur District, directing him to be present in Court on the next hearing date and explain as to why a suitable action be not iniated against him for not complying with the order of this Court dated 09.4.2015. Call on 28.04.2015.
