Respondents PRAYER:
The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the Letter in na.ka.53626/12/ve oo va 2 dated 13.8.2012 issued by the 1st respondent to the petitioner and quashing the same as null and void, illegal and arbitrary and in violation of the Order dated 9-4-2012 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.9040/2012 and further directing the respondents and more particularly the 3rd respondent to receive the payments made by the petitioner vide Receipts No.000821 dated 26-12-2011 and 031051 dated 25-1-2012 and vide further Receipts Nos.931056 and 931057 both dated 31.3.2012 -all issued by the 3rd respondent Society towards loan accounts SRTO No.74 & SRTO No.81 and to hold the above loan
accounts as settled under the Special Settlement Scheme for NonFarm Loans of the Cooperative Banks announced vide Letter in Na.ka.109979/2010 mavako 3 dated 3-12-2010 and to issue the Loan clearance Certificates in respect of the above loan accounts of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
