This application has been filed to amend the sections in petition and order copy as under Section 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. @ 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 427 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. instead of under Section 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C.

in the Crl.O.P.No.11543 of 2023 order dated 24.05.2023.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.11543 of 2023, dated 24.05.2023 and issue fresh order copy. Further, two weeks time is extended to the petitioners to comply with the conditions as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
