C O M M O N O R D E R These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed against the order dated 07.06.2013 made in E.A.Nos.7 to 11 of 2013 in E.P.Nos.20 to 24 of 2011 in I.D.Nos.96 to 100 of 1997 on the file of the I Additional Labour Court, Chennai respectively.

2. Today, when these Civil Revision Petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is present and made a submission that, the Execution Petition in respect to these Petitions had already been disposed of. Further, he wants to revive these Petitions, if the Execution Petition is restored on file. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in these Petitions.

3. In view of the above said submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the revision petitioner, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to revive these Petitions, if the Execution Petition is restored on file.
