Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ, order or directions in the nature of the Writ of Mandamus direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2016 as well as other reminders communications to renew the lease agreement/ and to transfer the name in shop No.6 and 25 from the petitioner's husband name to in her favour. The above shops are situated at Selvarasu Bus stand, Virudhachalam Municipality within stipulated period.

Heard Mr.G.Anabayachozhan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.S.Diwakar, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.Prathap Singh, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

2.The petitioner's made a representation on 06.06.2016 seeking to transfer the name mentioned in Shop No.6 and 25 from the name of her deceased husband in her favour and thereafter to renew the lease agreement. The said representation is still pending for consideration. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Taking note of the pendency of the representation of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the third respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the pending representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
