ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 11.04.2024.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that petitioner's father was assigned with a total extent of 2 acres and 98 cents and thereafter, the petitioner and brothers are in continuous possession of the land. Now, in order to sell the assigned land, permission is required from the official respondents, hence, the petitioner made a representation dated 11.04.2024, however, the same is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 11.04.2024 by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as any other interested parties. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of 2/4

this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
