Prayer : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Declaration, declaring the provisions under Ordinance no.29 under the heading Conditions of Establishments of the University under ChapterXXIV of the Statutes under Volume-1 of the Laws of first respondent in so far as mandating to compulsorily retire a servant of first respondent in superior service on attaining 58 years as illegal, unconstitutional and void and consequently to direct the first respondent to allow the petitioner to continue in service till attaining the age of 60 years.
