Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to transfer the patta No.139, 139,4524,391,391,391 in the name of deceased Venkatachalam to issue joint patta to the petitioner and other legal heirs of the deceased Venkatachalam as per the legal heirs of the deceased Venkatachalam as per the legal heir certificate annexed in the above writ petition by considering the representation dated 12.09.2020 on the file of the respondent herein in accordance with law to secure the ends of justice.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 12.09.2020 wherein the petitioner is seeking for including her name in the joint patta with respect to the subject property.

2. Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the second respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry on 30.11.2020 at 11.00 A.M. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the second respondent has already called the petitioner for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to conduct an enquiry and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
