Crl.O.P.No.14631 of 2023 Crl.O.P.No.14631 of 2023 G.CHANDRASEKHARAN, J.

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b) & 324 of IPC, in Crime No.247 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is seen from the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was already granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.25902 of 2021 dated 29.12.2021.

3. In the said circumstances, the petitioner cannot maintain the 2nd anticipatory bail, when anticipatory bail was already granted.

4. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 18.07.2023 mpl https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
