ORDER
With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to Survey the land of the petitioner in Survey No. 188/1 in patta no.1591 measuring an dextent of 0.20.50 Ares respectively situated at Athukinathupatti Village, Udumalaipet Taluk, Tiruppur District and to fix its boundaries as per the partition deed in document number 2799/2024 dated 12.03.2024 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
4. The case of the petitioner is that the subject property originally 2/5
belonged to his father and after his death, the petitioner and his brother have executed a partition deed dated 12.03.2024 . The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has given an online application on 05.04.2024 by paying necessary fees for surveying his property and fix the boundaries, the respondents have not considered the same. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.04.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the same, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
