ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 24.03.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.3074 of 2026 that "Para 8(c) the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police twice a day at

10.30.a.m and 5.30 p.m, until further orders and no relaxation petition will be entertained for a period of 30 days.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Para 8(c) of the Order dated 24.03.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.3074 of 2026. Accordingly, the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police twice a day at 10.30.a.m and 5.30 p.m, until further orders and no relaxation petition will be entertained for a period of 30 days" is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders". The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered.
