ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. None appears for the respondent, in spite of printing the name of the respondent in the cause list.
2.The petitioner joined the service of the respondent as Mines Foreman and on attaining the age of superannuation, retired on 31.07.2012. The grievance of the petitioner is that he was not given earned leave salary, in spite of submitting a representation on 5.12.2014.
3.The respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 05.12.2014, on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
