This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to clarify the order in Crl.O.P.No.10427 of 2021 dated 15.06.2021 in paragraph No.4, the crime No.4 of 2019 is mentioned instead of Crime No.21 of 2021 and further, in paragraph No.5 is mentioned that "in the result, this criminal original petition stands allowed and as sequel, the proceedings in Crime No.21 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, is quashed. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner/defacto complainant submits that this Court on 15.06.2021 passed an order in Crl.O.P.No.10427 of 2021 and in the said order, in paragraph No.4, it has been mistakenly mentioned as Crime No.4 of 2019 instead of Crime No.21 of 2021 and in paragraph No.5, it is stated that the proceedings in Crime No.21 of 2021, on the file of the 1st respondent police, is quashed against all the accused instead of stating it stands quashed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10427 of 2021 viz., Amrish alone. 3.Considering the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner/defacto complainant in Crl.M.P.No.9545 of 2021, the criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered and in para No.4, Crime No.4 of 2019 shall read as Crime No.21 of 2021 and para No.5 shall read as follows: "In the result, this criminal original petition stands allowed and as a sequel, the proceedings in Crime No.21 of 2021 on the file of the 1st respondent police, is quashed only against the petitioner/A5 viz., Amrish alone and with regard to the other accused, the respondent police is directed to proceed further and the terms of consent affidavit shall form part and parcel of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is also closed."
