Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay all further proceedings in O.S.No.18 of 2011 on the file of the District Court, Nagapattinam (CMP.15500/2018) pending disposal of the above AS.486/2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.SOUNTHAR, Advocate for the petitioner and Respondents not appearing either in person or by an Advocate the court made the following order:- In this miscellaneous petition, on 15.09.2017, this Court passed the following order :- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

"Notice to the respondents 6 and 7 alone returnable in four weeks. Private notice is also permitted.

There shall be an order of interim stay in respect of passing of the final decree proceedings alone. The other proceedings shall go on."

Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till this date. Hence, the interim order already granted is made absolute and this petition is ordered accordingly.
