ORDER

The petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in paragraph 7(b) of the order dated 09.04.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.9014 of 2026. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner prays for modification of the condition imposed in paragraph 7(b) of the order

dated 09.04.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.9014 of 2026 by this Court, whereby the petitioner was directed to stay at Ariyalur and to sign daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. before the District Musif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Sendurai. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to appear and sign before the learned Principal District Judge, Ariyalur, instead of District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Sendurai. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying the conditions imposed by this Court. Considering the submission made on either side and the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions, this Court is inclined to modify the condition.

Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to sign every Monday at 10.30 a.m. before the Principal District Judge, Ariyalur. 07.05.2026 cgi
