ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners Application/representation dated 25.03.2024 by measuring and fixing the Boundary stones in S.No.161/4A measuring an extent of 2180 sq.feet at No.28, Karumbakkam Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 25.03.2024 with a request for surveying the petitioner's property, however, the same is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents 3 to 6 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.03.2024 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
