Ms.C.Alagu Bhavani Order This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, challenging the impugned order dated 20.04.2026 passed in I.A. No.7 of 2026 in O.P. Nos.1674 & 3797 of 2023 by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai. 2.Under the impugned order, the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai refused to receive 7 documents out of 32 documents filed by the petitioner. Aggrieved by the refusal to receive the same, this Civil Revision Petition has been filed.

3.Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the respondent has no objection for the Trial Court to receive the remaining 7 documents as well on the side of the petitioner. 4.In view of the same, this Civil Revision Petition has to be allowed. At the same time, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that a direction may be issued to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai to dispose of O.P. Nos.1674 & 3797 of 2023, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.This Court in C.R.P. Nos.2814 & 2821 of 2026, filed by the respondent in this Civil Revision Petition, by its order dated 30.04.2026, had directed the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai to dispose of both the O.Ps within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. In view of the same, the learned counsel for the respondent seeks for an early disposal of both the Original Petitions.

6.After giving due consideration to the aforementioned factors and in view of the fact that the learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, has stated no objection for allowing this Civil Revision Petition, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed by directing the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai to receive the remaining 7 documents as well for which this Civil Revision

Petition was filed and dispose of O.P. Nos.1674 & 3797 of 2023 at the earliest, after giving due consideration to the directions issued by this Court on 30.04.2026 in C.R.P. Nos.2814 & 2821 of 2026. Consequently, connected CMP is closed. No costs.
