PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to O.A.No.1412 of 2013 dated 5.2.2015 on the file of the 4th respondent, quash the same as illegal and incompetent and consequently direct the 1st respondent to provide employment to the petitioner on compassionate ground.
