Application No.3091 of 2021 is taken out by the plaintiff seeking permission to take paper publication as substitute service of summons in respect of the second and third defendant, since the normal process of serving notice/summons on them could not be achieved. 2.Considering the averments made in the affidavit, the said application is allowed. The plaintiff is permitted to take paper publication in any one of Tamil daily circulated widely within Chennai, where the last known address of the defendants 2 and 3 is located, for the hearing date 07.10.2021. 3.As far as the written statements of the defendants 1 and 4, the Registry is directed to verify whether they have filed their written statement, if so, place it in the bundle, if it is in order.
