For non-compliance of the order of this Court, dated 18.04.2023 passed in W.P.No.4615 of 2022, this contempt petition is filed.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that against the order dated 18.04.2023 passed in W.P.No.4615 of 2022 by this Court, the State preferred a writ appeal before this Court in W.A.No.1819 of 2023, wherein an order of status quo has been granted.
