2. Today when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is present and made a submission that the matter may be adjourned to some other date. Now, on a perusal of the records, it appears that on 17.09.2019, this Court ordered for issuing fresh notice to the respondent returnable by 01.10.2019. In this regard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly conceded that so far batta has not been paid for sending notice to the respondent.

3. Hence, in view of the above reason, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
