ORDER

The condition imposed by this Court while granting bail on 02.04.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.8259 of 2026, is sought to be relaxed.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is almost completed and the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court while granting bail.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 8259 of 2026 dated 02.04.2026 is hereby relaxed and this petition is ordered accordingly.
