Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of relating to orders in (1) G.O.Ms.No.165, School Education, dated 15.10.2014 by the first respondent and (2) Pro.O.Mu.No.15994/A5/ 2014 dated 23.01.2015 of the third respondent, to quash the order dated 15.10.2014 of the first respondent to the limited extent of fixing a cut off dated i.e., July 1987, in para 5 thereof and to quash the order dated 23.01.2015 of the third respondent and issue consequential directions to the respondents to consider the petitioner for promotions as Graduate Assistant by treating the Diploma Certificate in Teacher Education May 1992 of the petitioner as equivalent to Plus - Two and promote him to the said post with consequential benefits.
