Heard Mr.A.M.Ravindranath Jeyapal, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr.K.Saisharavan Kumar, learned counsel for the first respondent and Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for the second respondent.

Learned counsel for the first respondent opposed the petition on the ground that no sufficient cause is mentioned. The only reason mentioned is of administrative delay.

The delay is of 93 days in filing the appeal. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 93 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

The petition stands allowed and is disposed of.
