O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.02.2020 within a time frame. 2.It is the grievance of the petitioner that inspite of his application dated 28.02.2020 given to the 2nd respondent in person, the 2nd respondent has not issued any patta. 3.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondents submitted that in the event of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner submitting his application seeking for issuance of patta online, the same would be considered by the 2nd respondent within four weeks.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would submit his application within a week's time. 5.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the petitioner is granted a week's time for submitting his application seeking for patta online and on receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of submission of the application.

6.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
