Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 7 to remove the illegal and unauthorised construction made by the respondents 8 and 9 at Plot No.100 comprised in Survey No.140/1, Mooventhar Nagar, Numbal Village, Chennai 600 116, constructed within the petitioner's land measuring 1169 sq. ft. and hand over possession to the petitioner and directing the 7th respondent to give police protection to remove the unauthorised constructed as may be required in the circumstances of the case.
