(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) The prayer in the writ petition reads as follows:- directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take action as per Rule 34 Tamil Nadu Panchayath Building Rules 1997 and demolish the unlawful construction of building works done by 2/4
4th and 5th respondents at 1st Floor further situated at Old Survey No.1/1, New Survey No.754/2, 754/3 and 754/4 to an extent of acre 0.45 cents, Koovathoor Pettai, Koovathur Village, Cheyyur Taluk, Chengalpet District.
2.We have disposed of a similar Writ petition filed by the petitioner against the 4th respondent wherein, we directed the Authorities to take action if there is any violation.
3.Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as no further orders are necessary. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
