This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to grant extension of time for payment of cost of Rs.5,000/-, to the respondent, as per the order of this Court dated 17.04.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.30 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.SR.No.54135 of 2023.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has given a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. Hence, no further order is required to be passed in this petition.
