petitioner's manufacturing unit at Door No.655, Thiruvottiyur High Road, Thiruvottiyur, Chennai - 19, in the land comprised in TS.No.37/2, Thiruvottiyur Vilalge, Madhavaram Taluk, which were originally acquired from the petitioner for the specific purpose of widening of Ennore Express Highway.

ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking to forbear the respondents 1 to 3 from setting up any garbage/solid waste dumping yard / disposal unit, adjoining/abutting the front side compound wall of the petitioner's manufacturing unit at Door No.655, Thiruvottiyur High Road, Thiruvottiyur, Chennai - 19, in the land comprised in TS.No.37/2, Thiruvottiyur Vilalge, Madhavaram Taluk, which was originally acquired from the petitioner for the specific purpose of widening Ennore Express Highway.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that in view of the interim injunction granted by this Court on 23.11.2020, the 2/4

respondents have removed the construction put up by them. As of now, there is no construction for garbage/solid waste dumping yard in the place in question. However, they have chosen some other place and in the said place, dumping yard has already been constructed. The said submission is recorded.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is closed. No Costs. W.M.P.No.20557 of 2020 is closed.
