Prayer: Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to forthwith remove the lock and seal affixed on the gate of the petitioner's School situated at Plot Nos.1A/4 and 1A/5, North Phase, SIDCO Ambattur Industrial Estate, Ambattur Taluk, Chennai-600 098.

Mr.T.Gowthaman Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.S.Karthikai Balan for R1 to R3 C O M M O N O R D E R Though the writ petitions have been filed seeking various reliefs, however when the matters are taken up for consideration, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the impugned orders have been passed on the ground that the petitioner is running the School in the Industrial Premises without the permission of the Competent Authorities. However, the petitioner is

now ready and willing to handover the site to the landlord on or before 15.04.2027. To that effect, a common affidavit dated 09.06.2026 has been filed before this Court.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the common affidavit dated 09.06.2026 filed by the petitioner, these Writ Petitions are disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to vacate and hand over the premises in favour of the landlord on or before 15.04.2027. If the petitioner fails to hand over the premises within the time prescribed, liberty is granted to the respondents to proceed with the matter in accordance with law. The respondents are directed to remove the lock and seal if not already removed. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
