ORDER

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 3.10.2022 and consequently change the revenue records as per the Will dated 13.8.2022 and for other such reliefs within the period stipulated by this Court.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioners is that their grandfather executed a Will dated 13.08.2022 in favour of the petitioners bequeathing the properties owned and possessed by him. The grievance of the petitioners is that after the death of their grandfather, they had given a representation to the respondents for mutation of revenue records in favour of the petitioners. But the same has not been considered by the respondents till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 2/4

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 03.10.2022 and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
