Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1,2&4 herein to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2015 and restrain the 3rd and 5th Respondents herein, their men, agents, servants, subordinates or any other person or persons claiming through him or authorized by him from, in any manner, laying a Road in the Petitioner's property of an extent of 7.84 acres comprised in Survey No.268/1, 269/1, 269/2, 270, 271/1, 271/2 and 273/3 in No.92, Tirupachanur Village, Villupuram Taluk & District and for a further direction to pay a compensation of Rs.15,00,000/- to the petitioner so as to enable him to restore the Herbal Farm.

O R D E R

Alleging that a road is being laid in the private land of the petitioner at the instance of the respondent Nos.3 and 5, the petitioner made a representation dated 05.03.2015 to the respondent No.1. As no orders have been passed, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Taking into consideration the pendency of the said representation and without going into the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the respondent No.1 to pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner or aggrieved parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt or production of a copy of this order or within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order by the petitioner along with a copy of the said representation.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
