C.M.P.No.8959 of 2022 in C.M.A.SR.No.17269 of 2015 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 581 days in preferring the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the M.C.O.P.No.167 of 2011 on the file of MACT (Sub-Court) at Perundurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants and Mr.S.Kaithamalai Kumaran, learned counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 has no objection for this petition being allowed.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 581 days in preferring the above appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.17269 of 2015 is condoned.

5. The Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.S.Kaithamalai Kumaran as learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3, when the matter is listed for admission.
