ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Second Respondent to consider the representation of the First to Ninth Petitioners dated 18.05.2019, 16.05.2019, 14.05.2019, 21.04.2019, 20.05.2019, 16.05.2019, 19.05.2019, 14.05.2019 and 17.05.2019 respectively and the order passed by the Madurai Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).Nos.3339 to 3342 of 2019 dated 27.03.2019 and issue renewal of registration to the Petitioners. 2.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, submits that the Division Bench of this Court by order dated 26.07.2019 in W.A.(MD). Nos. 687, 688, 689 and 690 of 2019 has set aside the order dated 27.03.2019 passed by the Madurai Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD). Nos. 3339 to 3342 of 2019 and he has produced a copy of the said decision. In view of the same, the Petitioners cannot claim the same benefit as sought in the representations made. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. No Costs.
