2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, the petitioner was earlier represented by one Mr.Chinni Krishnan and now, he is represented by Mr.Selvakumar.

Hence, he prays to accept the cause title.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
