This petition is filed to condone the delay of 835 days in representing the appeal in A.S.SR.No.80386 of 2017 filed against the Judgment and Decree dated 30.06.2017 in O.S.No.64 of 2010 passed by the District Court-II, Kancheepuram.

3. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and the list the same for admission.
