ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition in para 7 (b) that "the petitioner shall report before the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Tiruppur Daily dat 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5782 of 2026 dated 06.03.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5782 of 2026 dated 06.03.2026, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks, until further orders.
