This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to issue patta for the petitioner land, namely Flat Nos.110 and 111, comprised in Survey No.134-3D, 1A, 1A, 1A, Mettukuppam, Vanagaram, Tiruvallur District, Chennai - 600 095. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that third respondent will pass appropriate orders on the representation/application of the petitioner for issue of patta in respect of property purchased by the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed by directing the third respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation/application of the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No cost.
