This miscellaneous petition is filed seeking leave to file writ appeal against the order dated 5.2.2024 passed in Review Application (Writ) No.31 of 2024 against W.P.No.14993 of 2024.

Mr.R.Parthasarathy, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, submits that the petitioners are third parties to the writ and review proceedings and the order passed therein, if given effect to, would put the petitioners to grave prejudice and hardship.

In view of the above, leave to file the appeal is granted. This miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.

The Registry is directed to number the appeal and list the same, if it is otherwise found to be in order.
