Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.887/2024/A1, dated 13.05.2024 by the first respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the fourth respondent to provide protection for the smooth conduct of the festival in the third respondent temple.

ORDER

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition as the temple festival has been conducted. To that effect, she has also made an endorsement in the bundle. -2-

2. Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
