This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent herein to dispose of petitioner complaint dated 21.09.2023 in Reference no. TNMC / T.No.3355 / 2023 within stipulated time prescribed by this Honble court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that the complaint made by the petitioner dated 21.09.2023 has been disposed. To that effect, he has produced a copy of the order dated 10.07.2024.
