This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner to return to India on 08.06.2026 in the order dated 24.04.2026 made in Crl.O.P.No.9624 of 2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI for the respondent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and thereby, time is extended by four weeks to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court vide order dated 24.04.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.9624 of 2026, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
