This matter has been posted today under the caption "For Being Mentioned", at the instance of the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the date of birth of the petitioner has been wrongly mentioned in SSLC Mark Sheet, HSC Mark Sheet, as well as in the B.A.[English] Degree Certificate and the Transfer Certificate issued by the 4th respondent University, in the order passed in the above Writ Petition dated 12.03.2015, in paragraph No.3, it has been wrongly mentioned that the date of birth was correctly mentioned in the SSLC and HSC Mark Sheets and only in the Transfer Certificate, it has been wrongly mentioned and hence prays for rectification of the same. 3.The learned counsel further submits that the petitioner was put to difficulty only when she applies for Passport and in order to correct the same, the petitioner has sent a representation on 29.10.2014 to the respondents. Since the said representation did not evoke any response, the petitioner is before this Court.

4.Accordingly, after rectifying the above mistake, paragraph No.3 of the order, reads as follows:

"3.The petitioner's case is that she was born on 10.06.1987 and in her SSLC Mark Sheet, HSC Mark Sheet as well as in the in the B.A.[English] Degree Certificate and the Transfer Certificate issued by the 4th respondent University under Distance Education her date of birth was wrongly mentioned as 01.06.1987. When she applied for Passport, the said error was pointed out and in order to correct the same, the petitioner sent representation on 29.10.2014 to the respondents herein. Since the same did not evoke any response, the petitioner is before this Court." Registry is directed to issue the fresh order copy after replacing the 3rd paragraph of the order dated 12.03.2015 in W.P.No.6900 of 2015, as stated above.
